Return and Refund Policy

Returns for products only

You must return the products at your expense within 10 days of receipt to the following address: Monarch Reptiles, 100 rue Kepler, Local 14, Chateauguay, QC J6K 5E4

The products must be in their original packaging, in good condition and unused.

Please include a copy of your original order in the package.

You can also return the items to the store within the same time frame.

Returned products will be credited to you, excluding shipping costs. In the event that one of the products is defective, the shipping costs will be refunded to you.

A refund will be issued to your credit card.

In cases where a refund is issued to your credit card, please allow 10-15 days for credit to be processed.
